Refund Policy
Meadow keeps refunds simple. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
Monthly subscriptions
No refunds on monthly charges. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle, then the subscription ends and won't renew. We don't cut you off mid-month.
Annual subscriptions
30-day pro-rated refund. If you cancel within 30 days of an annual purchase or renewal, we'll refund the unused pro-rated portion of the year (12 months minus what you used, rounded to the day). After 30 days no refunds, but you keep access through the end of the paid year.
If we terminate your account
If we end your subscription for any reason other than abuse (seeTerms §6), we'll refund the unused pro-rated portion of your subscription, regardless of how much time has passed.
How to request a refund
Email contact@trymeadow.xyz with the email address on your account. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Failed charges + chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry a few times and email you. After repeated failures, the subscription auto-cancels without penalty. Please don't open a chargeback before emailing us — we resolve almost everything in a single reply.
