Terms of Service

Meadow is a subscription service. Free accounts are subject to daily limits. Paid accounts ("Growth Employee" and any future tiers) are billed on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually — for ongoing access during the paid period. You are not buying a perpetual license to the software, the agents, or any specific feature; you are paying for ongoing service.

Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from your purchase date and renew automatically until cancelled.

Annual subscriptions are billed in one payment covering 12 months of service and renew automatically each year at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans include a discount equivalent to two months free relative to the monthly price.

Cancellation: You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing contact@trymeadow.xyz. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current paid period; we don't turn things off mid-cycle.

Monthly plans: No refunds on monthly charges. Cancel any time and your access ends at the end of the current cycle.

Annual plans: If you cancel within 30 days of an annual purchase or renewal, we'll refund the unused pro-rated portion. After 30 days, no refunds — but you keep access through the end of the paid year.

Termination by us: If we terminate your account for reasons other than abuse (see §6), we'll refund the unused pro-rated portion of your subscription regardless of timing.

We work hard to keep Meadow online but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is." Outages may occur for maintenance, third-party API failures (we depend on Anthropic, OpenAI, BytePlus, Supabase, and others), or unforeseen issues. We will not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Meadow is actively developed. We may add, modify, or remove features, agents, or capabilities at any time. For material removals that meaningfully change what a paying user gets, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification, and any paying user materially affected may cancel and request a pro-rated refund of the remaining paid period.

You agree not to use Meadow to: send spam, harass others, impersonate another person, generate or distribute illegal content, attempt to extract or reverse-engineer model weights, scrape the service, or run automated abuse against the systems we're posting to on your behalf (Reddit, Telegram, etc.). We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior without refund.

You are responsible for content you post through Meadow and for the authenticated browser sessions you connect. Meadow does not broker credentials.

You own the content you create with Meadow — captions, posts, videos, voice profile, and the learning history from your outcomes. You can export your captured memory and result history as JSON at any time from Settings.

Anonymized, aggregated patterns derived from your use may inform our shared causal models that benefit all users. We do not share your raw content, identity, or per-user data.

For California residents, in compliance with Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.:

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current price.
• You may cancel any time at Settings → Billing or by emailing contact@trymeadow.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
• We will notify you by email at least 7 days before any annual auto-renewal charge.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
